Aging Trajectory Analysis

Aging trajectory analysis classifies gene expression patterns across age groups into four categories: Increasing, Decreasing, V-shaped, and Inverted-V. For each tissue, z-score normalised expression values are clustered using the Mfuzz algorithm. Click a pattern trend line to view its GO BP enrichment treemap and gene list.
