AgeDB is a comprehensive multi-species database of age-related transcriptome research. It integrates RNA-seq and microarray data from 6 species (H. sapiens, M. musculus, R. norvegicus, M. mulatta, D. melanogaster, C. elegans), comprising 26,076 samples and 2,766 age-group comparisons. The database also integrates 64 million protein-protein interactions (PPI), 108,500 drug–target interactions, 554,748 pathway–gene associations from GO/Reactome, and 493,424 cross-species ortholog mappings. Users can browse differentially expressed genes (DEGs), visualize gene expression patterns across ages, construct PPI networks, perform pathway enrichment analysis, search drug–gene interactions, and conduct cross-species comparative analysis. AgeDB is designed to facilitate the discovery of conserved and species-specific aging mechanisms, providing a one-stop platform for aging transcriptome data mining.
